"Horrible, they should have charged $50 as a deposit, they charged $208.11. They said they would refund it at checkout and instead of refunding it, they charged another $208.11. It took 3 days for them to refund the first amount after checkout, and almost 2 weeks for them to refund the second amount. Rude reception, Rude front desk, both at night and during the day. They didn't clean the room in the 2 days we were there, we had to ask to change rooms on the third day because they hadn't cleaned it. Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone."
