"Perfect hotel for me, my partner, and dog! Other hotels and airbnbs in the area were extra expensive and/or not pet-friendly due to LDW, and we didn’t want to spend $1,000+ for just a 3-night stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s affordable, perfectly located, has a lot of outdoor activities, very dog friendly, and a midwest/vintage charm, Sun & Sand is a great choice. "We had the best time with our extended family! There was plenty to do for the whole family ages 1-65, we barely left the property! The staff and host were very responsive and easy to interact with, especially Tricia, Nick, and Mackenzie, and we had every amenity we could think of. The side by side houses were perfect for our family, and the ease of sharing amenities like beach and grill made it seamless. THANK YOU for a memorable family trip - we hope to come back! "

"What a gem that Kathy and Larry have and share with their guests- a beautiful lakeside cottage, fully stocked and clean. Furniture is comfortable and homey.
