"Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesn’t effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. " We loved our stay at the unique and beautiful Cypress Moon Inn. The property is full of character and we especially enjoyed the owner’s appreciation of nature; there was a wonderful blending into the surroundings. Greg and Linda were gracious and attentive hosts- gave us space but were also willing to share history and stories full of personality with us. The antique furnishings in the Inn are beautiful and the building itself is a work of high craftsmanship. We would love to stay here again!"

There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better...
