"We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...

"We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. There were ants in the kitchen all around the stove and the glass top on the stove was cracked. We killed 3 spiders (2 WERE IN 2 DIFFERENT BEDS!!). "This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. They did a very nice job converting it so it is pleasant and comfortable. It lacks windows, with the obvious downside of not being able to look out, but the upside of not...

"The property was in a perfect location for us. I normally run the half marathon but could not this year and the location allowed us to support all the runners. Clean and well maintained it suited all our needs. Definitely will stay again in the future if available."

"We enjoyed staying at a sound house for the first time at the OBX. The main living part of the house was perfectly fine and clean and the rooms were decent size. The exterior of the house and the downstairs could use some attention. As other reviews have mentioned, the siding on one side of the house has melted from a house fire that was next door; curious when they will fix this as it's been mentioned in a few reviews And, I don't know if we just went at a time when the bugs had been...

"This was an excellent find for a relaxed, one week getaway to the OBX for me and my medium-sized dog. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the sound so we had wonderful sunset walks along a multi-use path. It was very convenient to go to Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Woods, or the Wright Brothers Memorial for a few hours of adventure with the dog and then come back for a little downtime at the beach. "The property owners were easy to work with and very responsive. The property has everything you need and the community pool was well maintained. The location was perfect with tons of restaurants and activities, and a quick drive to the beach access. We would definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your home!"

"This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."

It was perfect for a couple to get away and enjoy the serenity. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within a few minutes driving (and we ate at a different one most every day). There's a public beach entrance about 3 or 4 blocks away. We would stay here again if we came back to Nags Head. "

"Check-in was smooth and efficient. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was small and cramped but clean. The breakfast area was clean and the variety of food was good. There is a sitting area off of the main lobby that was very enjoyable while we enjoyed a hot cup of coffee. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and certainly recommend it to other guests."
