"I loved the oak trees and the birds. Our site had an amazing view of the ocean as we were on the 3rd floor. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, pelicans, terns, grebes, and more. We appreciated our time there and intend to return."

"The house was very clean and had a lot to offer in the way of amenities. It was too cold to go into the ocean at that time, but the hot tub was available, and the pool could be used too if the heater is requested. Enjoyed using the propane fire pit several times, and there is a great view of the surrounding area from the highest vantage point on the deck. This is definitely a place that I would not mind returning to."

"We enjoyed our stay. Since this isn't our first stay at a home like this, we are able to compate with our other vacations. Below are issues but not in any order of priority: 1) Back side of property was weedy and not able to walk around it. 2) Internet was shotty due to the storm 3) Fire alarm system needed a battery and the announcer kept reminding us every 2 minutes. 4) Slow response from management in correcting the fire alarm problem. "This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. "The property adequately served our needs."

"This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."

"The house was very nice and equipped with most everything we needed. Although we didn't do any cooking there are plenty of cookware and utensils. The rooms were very clean. It was perfect for a couple to get away and enjoy the serenity. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within a few minutes driving (and we ate at a different one most every day). There's a public beach entrance about 3 or 4 blocks away. We would stay here again if we came back to Nags Head. "

"The staff was very helpful,sending someone to fix the tv and helping us with passes to the Y. Breakfast was okay, heavy with high calorie items but there was some fruit and hard boiled eggs. The room was very clean and was serviced daily. The view from our third floor room of the ocean was lovely.
