"Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

"Amazing location! Right on the beach and an easy walk to all restaurants and the main part of grand case. Host was responsive and able to provide a baby crib, and property managers were very friendly and flexible. We really appreciated the early checkin and late checkout which made our stay so much better. We appreciated all the welcome treats and drinks! The place itself has the bare bones basics and was ok. Could use some cleaning and also better patio furniture/general decor to make it more...

"Ons verblijf bij Richard en Judith begon met een gevulde koelkast, ideaal zodat je niet gelijk boodschappen hoeft te doen, direct een koud biertje en wijntje aanwezig! Verder een heerlijke plek, centraal op het eiland, lekker zwembad, ook kregen we erge veel goede adviezen over restaurants en stranden, een plek om zeker nog eens terug te komen!!!"

"Great properry, and location. Only issue we had. We booked for 1 night stay. After we booked 1 day before we arrived . We were told there would be an additional fee because on only renting for.ine night. This was not communicated before we signed the contract. This has happened couple times with vrbo."

"The villa was absolutely stunning! Pictures and videos don't do justice to this property, it was more beautiful in reality. Alexandria thought about everything you could need. She helped with making resevations for rental car, boat, groceries, etc. If you are thinking about this villa, do it! Our group of 10 had the best time here, thank you! "
