"It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Santa Barbara and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. The location was perfect! So close to downtown and also walking distance to the pier. The entire place was so beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had all the necessities and even an espresso machine! There was a shared deck on top that was very beautiful. The sunsets were amazing. There is also a market on the corner of the street. Overall a 10/10! We will definitely be...

"Great location & nice unit with comfortable bed. Property mgmt woke us 2nd morning ther to ask if we were running cold water. We explained our white noise apps were making sound that probably sounded like running water. Got email from mgr - very ugly tone with incorrect info on his “rep” coming into unit & the water stopped. Said that a city water employee had noticed the excessive water usage. Yeah right! Won’t stay there again as properly mgmt was so horrible."

"Very clean. A 15 minute walk to Santa Barbara Bowl. We were able to park our car on the property. Thoughtful toiletries. Great location. No need to drive. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. It was nice to stay in town! "

Highly recommend if you're looking to stay somewhere far enough from the city to feel like you're on retreat, but close enough to enjoy a night out. "

"This is our second time staying at this property and look forward to staying again. It’s spacious, super clean, and around the corner from all of the shops and restaurants on the main street. Parking is easy and close, the bed is comfortable, and the host is very responsive! There is a guitar shop below the unit and they do have shows, but nothing was so loud it kept us up. And they’re really good shows! Would definitely recommend this stay! 5 stars all around."

"Our room was clean, modern and inviting. Even though we were near the center of town, it was also very quiet. Everyone we spoke with regarding our reservation was so helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The only caveat I have is that with two adult women, it would have been great to have somewhere to put our clothes. There is a closet with hangers, but no drawers."
