"This is a beautiful condo and a good location. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown but without the noise. The property was exactly as described. Super clean and well appointed with cookware, dishes, etc. Internet was strong. The host was extremely responsive and super helpful. Parking was on the street and good for a smalll car. Would be more difficult with a larger vehicle. We would stay here again. "

"New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."

"Loved this exceptional studio, that had a lot of space, with beautiful decor, and was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was very impressive, as well as the kitchen with full accommodations of a big stove and refrigerator, also loved the game table for playing chess, checkers, or cards. It was truly perfect and was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the Capital building, with parks. We walked for hours! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it! "If you like Barbie this is your space. Super cute decor and nestled in the middle of Midtown Sacramento. Very close to a lot of great dining and shopping experiences. Can be a bit noisy on weekends due to volume of visitors to the neighborhood but overall highly recommend!"

"Myself and 3 friends booked this for one night- went to a concert at Golden One. It’s a very clean, well appointed apartment. SOOO QUIET! Beds bathroom kitchen all EXCELLENT. Neighborhood was nice, felt very safe. No outside area to hang out to speak of, although we did DoorDash and eat on front porch which was nice. I will definately book again! "

"I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed staying here. The studio is nice and cozy, with everything you need--comfortable bed, full kitchen, and a little extra room to move around. It's perfect for a solo or couple. And the neighborhood is excellent. I only wish my stay had been longer so I could've explored a bit more. Check in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was great. Highly recommended!"
