"Property was great, BUT, construction is going on across the street and it starts early, with the construction there is a metal plate on the roadway so each time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud thump/clank… of course this isn’t the property management’s fault, however, if your not interested in waking up 6:30ish Monday through Friday, I’d look elsewhere "

"My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. Next time I won't even rent a car (even though it was no problem finding street parking). We enjoyed walking on the bike path to get coffee and then...
