"We enjoyed staying at this property - it is within easy walking distance of the waterfront and funk zone. It is also within walking distance of State Street (shopping, restaurants), but a little longer walk. This was my first visit to Santa Barbara and this was a great place to stay. For my spouse and I, we had plenty of room to move about, work, and enjoy the property. The hosts left lots of instructions on the use of the property that were very helpful."

"Property was great, BUT, construction is going on across the street and it starts early, with the construction there is a metal plate on the roadway so each time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud thump/clank… of course this isn’t the property management’s fault, however, if your not interested in waking up 6:30ish Monday through Friday, I’d look elsewhere "

"My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics.
