"The house was very clean, lots of room, very quiet neighborhood, close to trails. I will say the only let down well I can't even say let down but the gas grill does need the burners replaced other than that it was great and we will be back."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very overwhelming as it is not a straight shot and has many inclines that can be difficult with a trailer. If you want hot water for showering after the trails you may want to check first as the water heater continues went out and needed to contact owner on occasion."

"We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history."

"Our family stayed in this historic property for a celebration of life of family members who passed away recently. "My family stayed at this creekside retreat to ride on the Hatfield and Mccoy trails and it was great. We were unsure about the area and what was going to happen when we arrived but everything was great and we had the best time. I will say that the owners were helpful in recommendations and if we ever go back to the Delbarton area we will seek out this house."

"This was a seamless experience from beginning to end. This place was perfect for 2 families to be able to get together and ride the Outlaw and HMT trail systems. The kitchen had everything needed to come back and relax and cook while enjoying time around the fire. Great host, great house!"

"This house has even more space and charm than the photos convey! The house is situated on a nice, quiet street in a lovely area. I loved the roominess, tasteful decor, the screened porch and yard and more. The hosts were communicative and responsive to every need. In fact, they seemed to anticipate every need and desire ahead of time. This has been the best experience and we would stay here again and again!"

"Very happy with the house. It was VERY clean and well kept. The passwords all worked for entry and for the internet. I know it sounds stupid but it was important for us. The location is very nice and there is a good amount of privacy. The trails are literally down the road, in fact, you pass them both on your way into the property. We had a small problem with an electrical cord, it was addressed immediately. Great place all around. We are planning to stay there again in July, if that says...
