"We had to fight yellow jackets the whole weekend. Everything else was great though. Needs to have more games if kids come though it was deceiving about having games for them even though we were adults. The playground stuff was good though. And no dish washer soap. Just "

"The house is a little run down, floors crooked, carpet stained up, etc but for what I was staying there for it was just fine for me. The ac works, full kitchen and bathroom, everything worked and was clean for what it is. If your going riding with some buddies it's good.."

"Close to everything we needed for the stay. Gas, beer, food and ice were in route to or from the trails. Everyone on the trails and town were easy going and helpful. Planning another trip in November."

"the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very overwhelming as it is not a straight shot and has many inclines that can be difficult with a trailer. If you want hot water for showering after the trails you may want to check first as the water heater continues went out and needed to contact owner on occasion."

"Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. "
