"We have never stayed in a mobile / tiny home cabin so it was outside our normal. The "cabin" we stayed in was small but functional. There are hiking trails around the property, swimming pool, and other activities within the campground. Easy driving distance to Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and Port San Luis. The reception staff are gracious and very welcoming. An awesome two day stay for my spouse and self. "

"The views can’t be overstated. Especially around sunset as the shadows on the surrounding peak’s make every ridge dramatic. On our third day the fog rolled into the valley and the peaks are all that jut out for a magical view. My wife and I had a great extended weekend."

"We had a great time at your place, catching up with old friends. I think the best part about it is the location being right on the ocean and right in the middle of the cute little town Cayucos. We could walk to the beach and also to all the shops and restaurants .Only one complaint is the construction going on next-door would start at 7 AM in the morning and it was impossible to sleep in."

Relaxing cozy spot to use to go wine tasting in Paso Robles, driving up Hwy 1 for the gorgeous views and coming back to Morro Bay to walk the beach which is just a house away from Captain Java’s Cottage. So clean and inviting. Salina and Dave’s extras added to such a nice stay. "

We needed a 2bedroom/2bathroom home with a garage, due to my husband & our friend riding their motorcycle from OC & hoping to house them in a garage while here in MB. We come to MB annually, and enjoy camping at the state campground. This trip we thought to rent for the weekend and your beautiful cottage exceeded our expectations. "

"The home was as listed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had enough dishes for 12. Great location for walking the beach and going to the pier and restaurants. We do have 2 suggestions. One is a crock pot would be nice to have in the kitchen and having a hard copy of general house guidelines with directions for how to run TVs, washer and dryer, and when garbage pick up is. We did day trips to the Hearst Castle and elephant seals, Pinnacles National Park, Morro Bay, and SLO Thursday night...
