"We really loved this property- the layout, the location, and the view were absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to downtown and even easier beach access right through the pedestrian gate. The property was clean and we had everything we could need- even a Kuerig and boogie boards for the kids. The only reason I am giving this listing 4 starts instead of 5 is the slow communication with the property managers and that the listing hadn't mentioned anything about limiting guest day visitors to...

"Pismo Shores is the perfect spot for a family vacation and this condo was just what we needed. Enough rooms and beds for everyone, very clean and well kept, lots of linens and beach towels, lots of kitchen utensils and supplies, and even beach chairs and beach toys. Communication with Olivia was great. We can’t wait to rebook."

"We regularly visit Avila, and this property was perfect for our stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured (beautiful, clean, kitchen and bathroom updated perfectly for the space). The bedding was my favorite unexpected touch - so soft and we slept great. We stopped by the Seven Sisters office (right across the street) because we arrived earlier than expected.
