"We stayed at the Riu Pacific for a week in late October. Definitely the best all inclusive we have stayed at in Puerto Vallarta. The room was awesome. Very spacious room with a large bathroom. Our room faced south and had a beautiful view of the Ocean. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Service at the resort was fantastic including bar service on the beach. We had an issue with no hot water in our room on day three and we were moved about three rooms down the hallway in short order,...
