"We have reserved a one-bedroom suite oceanfront (as in Expedia options). We had also requested a top-level corner suite. We were given a corner suite on the second floor of four stories and our oceanfront was replaced with partially Oceanview to the roof of their buffet restaurant. Once we complained, we were shown a much smaller suite Oceanview which we refused. They also said their fourth floor is full, which we found out not only the fourth floor but most of their suites were vacant!!!"

"FIquei no W de Punta Mita por 3 noites com amigos e o hotel é muito bom. Serviço excelente e a comida é muito boa. 2 pontos negativos: as cortinas dos quartos deixam muita luz passar então o quarto fica MUITO claro quando amanhece e o quarto não é muito grande para dividir em 2 camas queen, fica um pouco apertado."

"Sobre el hotel, tengo que decir que mi familia y yo estuvimos muy bien atentidos, nos gustó, mi queja sería para EXPEDIA que al momento de ofrecer la reserva te hacen creer que puedes pagar a meses sin intereses y lo dejan ver como si fuera de forma automática, pero al momento de reservar se toma el pago en una sola exhibición, llamé para ver si podía aprovechar los MSI y su respuesta fue que lo checara con mi banco, MAL POR EXPEDIA"

"Wonderful staff who were very friendly and attentive - 5 Stars. A nice small (10 rooms) hotel with good food and service. However, the area around the hotel is grubby (lots of run down buildings and construction) and the location is inconvenient/isolated. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach/stretch of ocean and El Barracuda but most other things are not within walking distance. Good for a short break and very relaxing."

"It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"Marcel at the accommodations was fantastic. We realize it is a new property and he is continuously working on it. We stayed in the cabin/terrace overlooking the pool. It’s a very neat room, however no sound proofing in walls or doors/windows, since the walls are just boards and the doors/windows just screens. The resident gato is very friendly as well. If we returned to Sayulita, we would stay here again. "
