"Cool little spot firther from any amenities than I anticipated. Las Islitas was a 10min drive and very cool place to hang out. The beach at Kavala was pretty good, a bit less swimmable/beach vibe than expected but great for walking up and down at sunset. Overall nice stay, just a bit of a small isolated vibe. Enjoyed the pool too, though its quite small."

"The property manager is wonderful. Always quick to respond and helpful in booking restaurants, experiences, etc. The place is big, clean and nicely laid out. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time!"

"This was one of many visits to the Puerto Vallarta area. We truly loved our condo, the staff , the weather and our location. We have stayed in Bucerias many times before, and found we were a 5min cab ride away---perfect. Made a trip to Sayulita (20mins) for the Day of the Dead celebration and loved the festivities, the food and the cute little surfing town. Our trip was fun filled and we plan to return in the future."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this lovely slice of paradise. The accommodations are top notch. The location is nestled in a community that is perfectly placed on the beach between 2 towns-each a short walk to restaurants & shopping. Our 2nd fl. apartment was spotless & the beds, pillows & linens were super comfy. We swam in the pool, lounged on the beach & kayaked/paddleboarded to the small island across the bay numerous times. "We loved the location. Beach and downtown were within walking distance. There is a hill, but we managed fine. The room had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop. Pool was a little chilly, but the views were great and plenty of sun. "

"We had some issues with the unit when we arrived but the owner drove from Guadalajara to fix the problem. He moved us to another unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the great service recovery. Nice pool and great rooftop lounging area. Large grocery store nearby. 7 minute walk to beach and 7 to 15 minute walk to many restaurants. A long-time tenant, Robert, was very friendly and helpful during our two-week stay."
