"You need to have a clock in the room, a pad, and a pen. For women, especially, you need to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. It's very difficult to put makeup on using a regular mirror. They also need a usable, working computer at the station in the lobby. You should also consider putting a bench outside the hotel near the doors."

"Check in was a hassle. Paid for a King bed room and when checking in was told that they had to pull all king bed reservations and we could only have two queens beds. The hotel management was kind and gave us vouchers for the adjoining restaurant, therefore we ate there for breakfast and can say that the food was subpar at best with few options. "We only booked for one night, so hard to give a review of the entire facilities. The home (#31) was adorable and clean, with plenty of room for at least 6 people. The beach area was small and needed a little more attention, but it was nice to be able to wade in the lake. More lighting could be added to the outdoor facilities to make them more inviting. Some things travelers may want to know: limited tv channels, air conditioning wasnt super efficient but we were comfortable, no hair dryer, very limited breakfast options.
