"We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect for our trip, 15 minute walk from the venue! We really appreciate our host’s attention to detail, walking into the studio with music playing and beach towels folded for us. The space was so charming and perfect for a little getaway. "The place was very comfortable and clean. We loved that it was on the first floor. The lock system was a bit confusing but the support team quickly help us straighten it out. You apparently have to have the landing app downloaded and also a lock app downloaded to your phone. We were only there for 2 days so they just gave us another lock code for the second day. We would stay there again. "

"My wife and I thought it was just a perfect fit for us. It filled our needs perfectly, walking distance to the beach, and near many of the local restaurants and gift shops. Room was very clean and decorated nicely. Covered parking was another great feature. "

"We were wowed with this place! The place was rented for a double mother-daughter getaway to tour Wilmington, check out the UNCW campus, and to enjoy the ocean. The location at the historic downtown Wilmington was perfect, just a block away from the river and a short driving distance to all the places we wanted to see. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!"
