"We just wanted to get away for a quick beach trip and this was a perfect place to stay! Immaculately clean, close to the beach and just the perfect size for 2! Owner communication was great and easy check in/out. We’ll definitely be back again. Thanks Brian and Jamie!"

"Vacationing at the beach during the same week a tropical storm named Debby comes to town is never a good thing. However, the convenient beachfront location of Lulla-by the Sea meant we could quickly take advantage of every band of calm clear weather. We headed outside as soon as the rains stopped and didn’t miss a day at the beach or pool! "Wonderful place to stay if relaxing is on the agenda. We (three 50+ adults) greatly enjoyed the spacious front porch with doggie gate as we hung out with our rescue beagle reading and doing crossword puzzles. The kitchen is fully stocked and had so many extras! Host had lots of beach accessories that we used to enjoy two days at the beach. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for the three of us. Definitely recommend this space!"

"Property was several blocks from river walk on a beautiful street. Also able to walk to/around greenfield lake. Enjoyed by my adult daughters and would recommend highly. "

"This was the perfect spot for me and my family. House had everything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. There were 5 adults and 2 children, and this house had more than enough room for everybody. Backyard was amazing pool was great for the kids and the jacuzzi was a much need comfort for the adults. Host kept in contact with us if we needed anything, we felt very taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough"

"Emile was very nice. Communicated well.. Needs new mattress for king bed. Cleanliness was okay (I am a professional cleaner; side job) hopefully she doesn’t pay cleaning company too much. Overall nice stay "

"The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the views are amazing! You are right on the sound and across the street from the beach. Walking distance to local shops, bars, and grocery store. We used our car maybe once and that was to go into Wilmington. The owner was easy to communicate with and our stay was perfect thanks to him. We can’t wait to rent this home again in the future. "Tree Escape was very quiet and secluded. Everything was just so clean and the bed was very comfortable! Town was just a short drive away and is walkable during daylight hours. We would stay here again!"

"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "
