"It was great having a designated parking space at the hotel in a town with limited parking. Unlimited choice of food for breakfast plus fabulous views from the dining room. Easily walkable into town. Perfect position for a Fowey holiday. The only minor downside was that the room window did not open very far, the room was warm and airless and the duvet was very thick and hot, therefore we did not sleep very well. "Second visit here, lovely welcoming hotel with a super breakfast and parking right outside which is great for Polperro. Hotel right in the heart of the village , great for the harbour , pubs and eateries . Only downside for us was the room in the attic number 12 , not for us the staff called it the marmite room you either love it or hate it and we were the latter , to much pine a very small toilet next to the bed and dated ."

"What great place to stay - on the Sunny side of the bay. Everyone is so friendly and the staff are exceptionally helpful. With the ferry at your doorstep who needs a car. Left ours at the car park at the top of the village and had an amazing scenic walk down to The Lugger Inn. "

"Bedroom 7 was very clean, well decorated and comfortable but the shower cubicle is not suitable for anyone on the large side (over 12 stone) as the entrance is restricted. The stair carpet is worn and decor rather tired in the entrance. Sadly they ran out of eggs and brown bread at breakfast and sausages were tasteless but rest of cooked breakfast was fine. Friendly hosts and a quiet location with great view from the restaurant. Good amount of parking in front of hotel"
