"We stayed for a few nights in a 2-bedroom lodge, during October half term. We had a lovely time. As a family of four, we found the lodge to be really nicely sized. The children had their own room with 2 single beds. It was clean and we appreciated all the little things to make our life easier (tea & coffee, dishwasher tablet, etc.). We used the pool once. "We had a one night stay at the Harbour Hotel (St Ives) as a couple in a sea view room. We had a nice stay on the whole. The Spa with swimming pool was a lovely addition that also included a jacuzzi. The settings at the Harbour Hotel was lovely inside and very clean as was the rooms. Reception and the Spa staff approachable if you needed anything at all. "Property was very high quality, made staying through a storm bearable! Hot tub was delightful, can’t wait to stay again next year!"

"Absolutely perfect stay until the morning we left. There was no hot water at all so no one in the hotel could have bath /shower. Felt it was dealt with very slowly still not fixed when we checked out at 11am. Not much of an apology from front of house. "
