"This is a GUEST HOUSE and not a hotel. I guess I misunderstood this. We came in after check-in was closed at 8:30 p.m. and didn't realize they closed. Radiators went off for a long time and the room was cold. Moisture from the roof was on one wall. Bathroom was clean and nice but small. Room was large. There was a door to a semi-balcony but we didn't have access to it. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. There was no refreshment of tea and milk. The bed was...

"For the price i expected better: Paid for the lounge access as part of the room, but they did not load it onto the card, had to ask, so if course wasn't introduced to where it was. No introduction on where to get breakfast. The room card would stop working every night so have to back to reception to reactivate. They did not read the note to have the sofa bed ready so there was no bedding on it."

"The parking was good at the hotel and only £10 a night. The hotel is lovely, good breakfast, bar open till 02:00, rooms very comfortable. Would recommend staying here and close to the city centre."
