"This place is wonderful and felt like home during my 1 month stay! There is plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bedroom gets plenty of light and has blackout curtains. The area is really safe and there are plenty of good restaurants a quick walk away by PSU. I loved running along the river which is a few blocks east. Gary (Girish) was a great host and very communicative and helpful. He met me when I checked in and help show me everything I needed. "I have two medically registered service animals and stated that in my request to book. I was sitting in the car in front of the house at check in for about 20 minutes answering questions about my animals despite sending their registration and eventually sending my medical letter. That was not enough. I felt very uncomfortable being there. "

"There were a few things left behind by the last guests, but overall very clean, and felt very hygienic. Linens were all nice and clean. Cool view, great accessible location to lots of great coffee shops, and felt safe. Fan was super loud in the living room but otherwise no surprises on the property. "

"This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with."

"This property is perfect for your stay in Portland it was in driving distance to all the activities we had planned. The view of Mt. St. Helens was specular, and the weather was just perfect coming from Louisiana with all the humidity. Loved the community fridge!!! This will be our place to stay when we visit Portland again. Highly recommended this luxury penthouse it was super clean and had all the amenities to make your stay perfect. Grocery store right in front of property which we loved. "

"We loved this space nestled near in one of our favorite Portland neighborhoods. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped well for meals. We felt tucked away though we were able to walk to shops and restaurants all weekend. "

"You can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing, talking, doing laps for some reason? The wifi was so poor the TV wouldn't connect, the only good spot for the wifi was in the bathroom. Neither me or my friends had good reception without wifi. No hot tub either "
