"Lovely resort with very fashionable rooms. We had 2 rooms. One was on ground floor facing ocean. The views were beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately when we arrived the refrigerator had leaked and there was water all over the floor and the room key they gave us opened to an occupied room! Also the outdoor furniture cushions were missing or ill fitting. So you couldn’t really use the wood lounger with no cushion. Other units had their cushions. The other room was a hillside...

"The stay was nice and location was very centralized. The staff was great and super helpful. The room was clean and the views from the balcony were great. If I had to complain, the only thing was the coffee was not great in the suite and the water pressure was terrible. We had a tough time washing off all the sand and lotion at the end of the day due to poor water pressure. Other than that we had a very nice stay."

"Marketplace Suites offers very clean modern comfortable and spacious rooms above a 3 floor shopping center that has an excellent grocery store, CVS like store, coffee shops and a hardware store. It takes about 8 min to walk to Cruz bay from the plaza. "

"Fiquei apenas uma noite. A equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa e me ajudou com todas as minhas solicitações. Bom hotel (simples, mas confortável e limpo) no centro e próximo aos ferries que levam para as ilhas vizinhas. Não há praias no centro - o ideal é alugar um carro (tem locadora no próprio hotel). Preço justo, considerando que estadia é muito cara na ilha."

"The views from the property are exactly what you imagine about a BVI vacation! Up on the hill, the water and island views just reinforce the great decision to stay here. "All of the employees/owners are great and very flexible. We went to multiple hotels throughout our trip and this was the most flexible and communicative hotel we stayed at! Room is spacious and has a couch/tv area. It is also located close to town - as long as you are comfortable walking 1/2 a mile, it’s very easy to get a taxi. It is pricer in general but affordable for St John!"
