Only downfall when we were there was the construction drilling . But management was graciously offering refunds to those affected . "The unit is well furnished. Daily housekeeping was a huge plus. Loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee or watching sunset looking at St. John and the catamarans sailing by. "We booked our 3bed 3 bath waterfront villa for only one night as we were in the BVI for a 5 day sailing charter which departed the following day. The owner met us in the parking lot to make sure we could find the unit and answer any questions. That doesn’t happen every day.
