"We were so excited to be the very first guests! This condo is actually amazing and even better than the photos...really great wow factor! The host has thought of everything. So clean, very comfortable furniture, very well appointed kitchen, and the balcony is huge with fantastic ocean views. The building is new and beautiful with nice staff all around the property. Pools and grounds are great and the beach is perfect. We loved our stay and our trip! Thank you Nick!!!"

"The overall property was beautiful and in a great location. However, my unit was not put together and had window blinds strewn all over the kitchen and bedroom. Additionally, the shower head could not stay on the wall and would fall into the tub every time I would turn the water on. Lastly, the listing said it included valet parking but the front desk said valet was nonexistent. When I raised these concerns with Vacasa, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. After 5 separate conversations,...

"My wife and I stayed 2 nights.The weather was warm enough to sit on the beach.Chairs/umbrella were available for a moderate fee.Food and drinks could be ordered on the beach from staff.Room was very clean and comfortable.Bed was excellent.We enjoyed breakfast twice during our stay.We had an ocean view room, not ocean front.But it was very nice.Couldn’t see the sunrise from our balcony, but view was still very nice."
