"I just loved this property. The location is perfect - walking distance to so much that I didn’t even need a rental car. If I had to travel farther than walking distance I used Uber. The apartment is very nice, well maintained and clean. The pool on the property is very nice, too. As mentioned in the description, the building is older and at present is undergoing a restoration. This caused no problems for me but is worth noting. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. I will be...

"The location can’t be beat close to shops bars and restaurants and of course the beach.The room was clean but very small cramped bathroom with broken toilet seat.I was surprised there was only enough coffee for two cups.I will try a different room next time or another building period."

"We stayed here for 1 night. Overall, the stay was okay, quite expensive especially since the room was super small for 2 Adults, also had a strange odor. However the room itself was clean and well equipped. The location was very nice. Theres a grocery store right across the hotel and restaurants. Beach was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They provided complimentary valet. Check in process and check out was easy. thank you"

"Historic building had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. The short walk to a fabulous beach was wonderful. The condo is not right for a family of five. The condo only sleeps 4 and not 6 as advertised. The unit also needs a deep cleaning as the showers had mold on curtains, in caulk and bath mats. Corners and crevices were dirty with accumulated dust and hair. Otherwise tolerable conditions. Overall for the price we would stay again. The town is a little crazy and snobby though....

"While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!"

"We have stayed here before and always enjoy our time. This visit, however, had a few glitches. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. In the past, bathrooms were supplied with soap/small shampoos - this time, nothing, no paper towels. While lacking in a few of the regularly provided items, it truly is a lovely, sunny penthouse in the perfect location for a short visit to Palm Beach."
