"Right next to the grand Hyatt and its beaches. A short walk to Poipu beach. Very nice pool and great service at the pool bar. Garden view was off the pool and 2 bedroom large space with well equipped kitchen. Very clean. A bit dated like most resorts on Kauai I will definitely stay here again. "

"Enjoyed the home like comfort of the suite. Walking to the beach was easy. Nice setting for the grouping of accommodations. The suite got a bit warm in the afternoon but we were usually out by then. Cooled down nicely in the evening though with all the air moving through the unit. The beach chairs and beach umbrella, although missing a spoke, was very nice for the beach. There was some traffic noise in the bedroom so had to keep the jalousie windows closed. It did die down early in the evening...

"Excelente localização. Praia acessível e beach service perfeitos. Um local para quem quer relaxar e se sentir em casa. Próximo ao aeroporto de Lihue e de fácil acesso a outros locais da ilha. Não oferece refeições, mas há locais muito próximos em que se pode almoçar e jantar, ou você pode preparar sua refeição no apartamento, já que o mesmo possui cozinha completa. Para mim foi uma excelente opção! Recomendo."

"The most beautiful property in Koloa. Very quiet except for the sound of the crashing waves. You can see dolphins, turtles and whales from your lanai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here 3 times and have called this place my home in Kauai. It’s truly magical!"

"The unit we stayed in was not represented in the photos, it was a little old with no bedrooms with ocean views. The patio is as pictured, evening sun exposure. Turtles in the bay. Note there is no ac, but we were fine as we were out all day and here in December. Close to a lot of great things. Would stay again, but wosh they would have been more clear on what our actual unit looked like. "

"Great location. Clean and comfortable. Snorkelling is great on the beach and of course the turtles coming up every evening is amazing. We have tweens and location was great for us. No AC, but you adjust quickly. Open up at night and close up in the mid-morning."

"The property was clean and very well maintained with a kitchen that had everything you need for a longer stay. The view from the lanai was superb, especially in the evening. A 5 minutes walk to poipu beach and 20 to shipwreck, also easy to get to the main highway if you need to head west. Really a great property, and I look forward to staying again when I'm back on the island!"

"Great location, a lovely walk to the beach to see the turtles at night and for sunsets. We had issues with noisy neighbors, could not get the TV cable to work and the pillows were really awful. There were cockroaches in the kitchen at night, maybe that is to be expected but it caused us not use the kitchen much at all. We were pleased to get help with the shower, it is not very intuitive and could use replacing of the handle. The flashlights had not working batteries, so we walked back at night...
