"Fairly quiet, except some obnoxious vehicle revving noises and inconsiderate guest pouncing around in the early morning hours on the floor above. Comfortable space, very comfy bed and pillows with a really cool kitchen and bath. Has a white noise sound device instead of a silly alarm clock. Mobile access(doors,locks)worked surprisingly well. Location is exceptional for those who love to walk. Close to a train station which easily gets you to the airport. Not much of a view from the rooftop. Food...

"I had a wonderful stay at Casa Rivera! The place was perfectly clean and well taken care of, which made it so comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent, always quick, clear, and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"It is an A-typical hotel property but the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was big with modern amenities. If you are there to enjoy the outdoors and need a place to unwind at the end of the day, then it is perfect "

"We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys."

"The accommodation is perfect The neighborhood is under construction and turns difficult to get to the hotel. They should advise that because GPS gets you in a closed street. They should make clear that is someone there until 11pm. When you pass in front’s of the office there’s a signal saying the office is closed at 5pm"
