"Don’t let the exterior fool you once we walked in the room it’s was very cozy , charming Best Bed I’ve slept in compared to expensive property’s 10-10 on that Bathroom & shower could use updating other than that great hotel for price "

"The hallways have motion sensor lights that flicker. Its kinda had a "The Shining" vibe. I stayed in a ground floor unit and my a few of the illuminated parquet floors were lifted and need to be adjusted or replaced. Overall, a very nice place and I will definitely stay there agian."

"Check in and out process were very easy, parking is limited but we found a spot each day we were there. Cleanliness could be significantly improved, there were stains all over the couch, the walls were visibly dirty with stuff caked on them. The sheets on the bed were these weird disposable sheets I’ve never seen before and the lighting in the rooms was absolutely awful. The location and general set up was convenient. You could walk to Broadway (a bit of a long walk) or take a short Uber/taxi...

"Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. "

"From the first communication to our last the responsiveness was nearly immediate. All my questions were answered and even though everything is handled remotely he took the time to meet me and make sure I had no issues. During my stay there was a winter storm that passed through and he checked on me to make sure all was well and gave me an area icey road update just in case I needed to drive somewhere. All in all this was one of the best visits I have had to Memphis for music in over 10 years."
