"Really nice hotel with excellent room in a convenient location. The room and hallway were very warm, 78 degrees, and when I turned on the air conditioning it shot up to 80. We turned it off and slept with the window open which cooled us off but was noisy. We were told individual hvac units are being installed which would make it a delightful hotel. "

However - there was a water issue during my stay that resulted in the water being off almost an entire day, and they didn't offer any kind of refund or even a free drink or some small gesture. I don't know whether the water issue was their fault but at a nicer place like this I should be able to reasonably expect running water."

"This hotel is very big! A lot of amenities and the views are great with the river in the back! Very accessible if you take your pet! Also the beds & sheets are great! Very comfy and cooling if you’re picky with beds! Overall it was one of the best experiences since I travel a lot around the Portland area I was very pleased with this hotel will definitely be coming back! "
