"The hotel is beautiful. However - there was a water issue during my stay that resulted in the water being off almost an entire day, and they didn't offer any kind of refund or even a free drink or some small gesture. I don't know whether the water issue was their fault but at a nicer place like this I should be able to reasonably expect running water."

"Great property for a great price! The valet was amazing with helping us navigate the city. It’s super close to the Pearl district and all the downtown shopping and dining. The restaurant and bar were great and staff very friendly. We had a room that faced a sort of inner courtyard which I wish they would have told us at check in but otherwise, I really enjoyed the hotel and will stay again."

"Wonderful property. The beds were hard but everything thing else was nice. I especially appreciated the sugar free syrup for coffee in the mornings! Several restaurants and bars within a couple blocks and great view from our room on the 4th floor. "
