"Was so pleasantly surprised by the room and friendly staff. This is really the only hotel in this tiny town and it was a “staycation” to come see a concert in the park. It’s been a very long time that hotel staff both mentioned and recognized my VIP Expedia status. The young man who checked us in was clearly trained well and provided GREAT customer service. We were given a bottle of wine as VIP member and the room we were given was great! Liked our stay and will be back. Not sure why the hotel...

"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Cool property. We landed at midnight, walked to scooter McQuade’s, had drinks and apps at 1:30 am, and a great experience at the bar. Bathrooms are good, we slept good, parked by the door, swam in the morning. Nice and easy. "
