"First of all, the home was incredible! We absolutely loved the open floor plan. I have always hated when homes that sleep a zillion people only have seating in the living room and dining room for 6 people - that was not the case here! Ample room to get comfortable. I also want to share about how responsive the host was. When we got there we noticed that the hot tub looked dirty (they have hard water). I called the host, and they answered right away. They said they would send their cleaner over...
