"We had a great time at your beautiful house!!! The pool was amazing, the bedrooms were all so nice and the kids loved all of the games! Our kids were 9-17 so they really had a blast. The owners were extremely responsive before and during our stay. Easy drive to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We are grateful that we found the perfect vacation home for our busy trip to Tennessee. "My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon in Pigeon Forge. This was the absolute BEST and far better than any hotel. I WILL be recommending this to my friends and family. The first bit of the stay is the only reason I gave “location and neighborhood” 3 stars instead of 5 like all the other categories. "Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. "

Short drive to several marina's that which have great menu's. ten - fifteen minute drive to local town with walmart and several drive thru's and several local diners. Outdoor museum nearby, and only fifteen minutes off the highway. Swim off private doc, paddle boats, fish, pontoon, great lake. "

"Stayed in this house for family vaca this year. Upon arrival, we were slightly bummed. The photos show open space around the home, which was a big selling point for us since there was 7 children (ages 6-15) in our party. We were expecting there to be space to play. Sadly alot of the open space shown in the pictures is not there. Its over grown with bushes. Oh well the kids played great in the driveway. The house itself was beautiful.
