"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

Winter is off season for the cape but the home was gorgeous, right on the beach, and decorated for the holidays. We loved bundling up and running on the beach with our kids. The home provided a comfortable and cozy stay for our two families - 4 adults and 3 kids - and we created core memories we’ll all remember.forever. "

The T is super close which makes travel around the city super convenient. Would stay at the same location again but would try to request a room with a view of the harbor/city. "
