"The building is mixed use commercial and residential. The location is very private, quiet and pretty darn close to downtown Winslow, WA on Bainbridge Island. The deck, swim spa, showers and sauna were great amenities. We felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves."

"Toni was great, she met us and showed us how to work all of the security measures for the property and gave us a tour of the place. She even alerted us to a major parade that was happening that would make navigating in to the area difficult which allowed us to adjust our arrival time to avoid everything. Place was awesome super clean and had everything we needed."

"All in all a nice stay for the price. The check-in process at the buildings entrance was a challenge. Once in, you have access to a key fob making getting in much easier. The loft presented itself nicely. Simple, yet cozy. Close to some restaurants and a bar but some unsavory characters linger around this area at night. If you are a light sleeper, the daily morning bottle pick up from the bar next door will certainly wake you. Lastly the pullout sofa is not the best. Cushions are worn out and...

"Exactly what we needed for our month’s stay in the PNW to visit family and friends. The unit is small but the fabulous view of Lake Washington gives a feeling of openness. Couldn’t ask for a better location as there are so many shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. There is a bit of a walk outdoors to the unit from the elevator; an awareness for anyone with mobility issues. Also there is no cable. Would stay here again if in the area. "

"This place is perfectly situated for most downtown activities. We walked to Pikes Market, Miners Dock, Space Needle, and Olympus park. The hosts were responsive and the place well maintained. Would highly recommend it!"
