"We had lived in Oak Harbor for 14yrs, so our return visit was especially important to us. This property gave us an exceptional view of the town and harbor. 180 degrees of beauty! The property was exactly as advertised, no disappointing surprises. MBRM had a plush mattress, whereas the GBRM had a firmer mattress, just what my injured back needed! "Nomi was a very kind condo owner, even giving me her daughter's phone number, just in case! I never found a key code in the VRBO emails for getting in. Thankfully, the daughter offered Nomi's personal key code! Although the unit was "clean", there were a number of disappointments. NO MICROWAVE, no dishwasher - which isn't a problem if the people before wash properly! When trying to use a bowl from the cupboard, I had to pull out 5 before finding one that didn't have stuck-on dried food! I didn't...

"The property is in a great spot! We enjoyed watching all the wildlife from the balcony and the kids enjoyed swimming during high tide. We wish the unit would have been stocked a little better. We didn’t have laundry detergent in our unit which was a bummer since the hide-a-bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. My guess is that the cleaning crew didn’t know it had been used.
