Not only is it a gorgeous house with stunning views, but there's also a private beach w/ views of bald eagles, whales, otters, and sea lions! The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook meals at home while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.John was very responsive on the app and gave us helpful tips on crabbing and other activities in the area! "While the property is peaceful and quiet, just minutes away there are so many fun, interesting things to do. We’ve stayed on several of the San Juan Islands, but San Juan Island itself is much more slow paced than most. The house has a beautiful, tranquil view, and the bed is extremely comfortable (and I am picky). "The cabin had everything we needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, and enjoy beautiful surroundings in peace. Very friendly, gracious owners / staff. Highly recommend. "

"The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and the bed in the loft is comfortable. Make sure you read all the instructions carefully before arriving. Maps will not take you to the correct location and you won’t have service upon arrival. We arrived after dark so finding the Nook was a little confusing. Overall we had a great stay! "
