"The people that own this property are family along with some staff that have been there for many years. They were all so kind. We were sent to a lovely room with 2 super comfortable beds. The beautiful pool was right outside our door where we swam til almost 11pm. The breakfast was so nice and we met Bonnie who took care of everything in the dining room. "My boyfriend and I recently booked Sawmill Creek for two nights so we could visit Cedar Point. It exceeded our expectations every way. The grounds are lovely, and the hotel common spaces are so cozy. I heard it underwent a big renovation and it's clear they put in the work. We didn't order any food instead ordered dominos. It was a lot cheaper. It looked like they had good food choices for decent prices though. Loved having a Starbucks in the hotel.
