"We had a great time with our family over the Thanksgiving holiday in this sucluded A Frame house. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was nice staying at a place with plenty of towels and toilet paper... too often these items are over looked. We wpuod stay again."

"The house sits on a nice piece of property. Plenty of room for large groups. Clean rooms but the well water did have a strong odor."

"My friend and I stayed for a long girls weekend and had a great relaxing time. We loved being able to walk by the water and there were so many great little places to eat nearby. We also checked out the Dawes Arboretum which was only about a 10 min drive away. Loved our first trip to Buckeye Lake!"

"This is the second time we have stayed in this chalet and we loved it just as much and it snowed! We stayed in the other side this time and accommodations were just as good as the last time. We were in town for a track meet for our son at U of Findlay and this home is walking distance from campus. "

"The property was exceptional. The host/hostess have many outdoor activity supplies available for guest to use. The river is amazing, everyone caught fish! We saw eagles, had campfires, relaxed in the hot tub. The home is secluded with nature and peacefulness, yet is accessible to shops and restaurants only a few miles away. The property owners were very pleasant to work with. I’ll give Eagle River House 100 Stars !!!!"

"The home was beautiful and well maintained it was in close proximity to several of Hocking Hills caves and hiking trails. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, Dan and Casey were extremely responsive with any questions we had. There are two bat boxes on a detached that hold about 20 bats.. if you go out at around 9pm -915pm you can watch them fly out, my family absolutely loved that! We had absolutely no issues during our stay and would highly recommend their home."

"Another great stay at this gem. My only complaint was hearing non stop barking from a neighboring property, otherwise my stay was perfect and will continue to use this gem as a home away from home. "
