"We specifically enjoyed the pool access since we had a 1 year old with us who wasn't quite ready for the beach. The front porch was a nice gathering place, especially in the morning when you could open the sliders and hear the ocean. Easy walk to the boardwalk, so no driving required during our stay."

"This was a great location for our trip and the house had everything we needed! It was a tight squeeze for 3 couples, an infant, and a toddler, but we were able to manage no problem. I would recommend this as an affordable option for a Rehoboth stay."

"The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice."

"It was a nice quiet location ..close enough to walk to town & boardwalk..... there were enough towels & linens for the week....nice backyard area & porch to sit outside.... the window treatments needed attention and some repair...the electrical parts of the one lamp in the main bedroom was broken but still plugged in ...(dangerous) but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again..."

"The condo is perfect for a small to medium sized family, very open and comfortable. Once you learn the lay of the land you’ll find beaches minutes away as well as the Rehoboth boardwalk area. You’re minutes from the outlets, restaurants and other attractions. The highway can get crowded however it’s not worth multiples of the cost to stay in a more downtown spot. The complex pool is the perfect spot keep kids busy - we’re looking forward to booking again!"

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

"The women in our family brought my mom there as for generations we have been going to Rehoboth. She is getting older and really wanted to go again. Of course we all grew up with Dolles and to stay in this fabulous location was a dream for us! The place is beautiful and the view is incredible! Walkable everywhere, near the boardwalk, Silver Lake, restaurants and shops along Rehoboth Avenue and Baltimore Avenue. Nice wide and well maintained sidewalks for a morning run. "Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "

"Had a great family vacation in Bethany. The home is in an excellent location, which made it very easy for us to get to the beach and the many shops/restaurants in town. Pet friendly home with a nice backyard area for our dog to go outside off leash. Would have appreciated a couple nice-to-have amenities when we arrived (such as dishwashing pods and extra paper towels and trash bags), but beyond that, the home was just as advertised. Great place!"

"We loved our stay. First-floor unit, easy to get in and out. The place was roomy, comfortable, stylish, and clean. The location can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again. It would have been nice to have the building entrance code and parking information before we arrived. When we asked questions about those things, the responsiveness was immediate and helpful. "
