"Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "

"Older rental with general signs of wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Close to all local attractions, especially easy during off season. Recommend a good carpet clean and blinds in kitchen for privacy, but otherwise a good deal for location and space. "

"Great little house, very clean and stocked, easily walkable to all the Lewes establishments, short drive/bike or just a bit of a hike to the beach. Enjoyed hanging on the back screen porch and taking advantage of all the provided beach amenities (chairs, towels, umbrella), games, and thoughtful kitchen touches like filtered water, frosted mugs, etc. The stairs are steep, so might be concerning for a young child or not so sure-footed adult, but otherwise you will enjoy and we'll look to come...

"Spent two nights for an annual family gathering. The house was less than a 5 minute from the party location. This house is lovely and very well set up and equipped. Will definitely consider for next year’s reunion. Brenda Hazzard is an excellent, gracious host. "

"This home was the most well-equipped and clean rental our group has ever experienced. The porch/deck/large property gates allowed our dogs to be with us whenever we were outside enjoying the day. The location was central to many activities. Since we were so near the trails, we walked 3 miles each morning with our furry family. The Bay beaches were so close we were able to walk with the dogs before 8:00 am, also. We explored the local activities like The Farmer's Market/Historical Society's...

"The pictures don't fully show how big the house is. The community is quite and safe - nice for a family to stroll at night. The community pool, while extra, is certainly worth a day pass or two when on vacation. Communication, check-in/out were easy. The house has upscale appliances and everything (pots, pans, plates, etc.) you need to make dinners at home for a family. A huge natural gas grill was also nice to use. Travel to grocery stores/restaurants/beaches was easy. "

"Universally positive experience. This location cannot be beat: practically across the street from the beach and just a short walk to downtown Lewes. Great outdoor space as well. Our only constructive feedback would be to suggest having more flatware sets on hand given the number of guests that can sleep here."

"Lovely hotel easy walking distance from downtown Lewes. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was immaculate and lit by blue lights when overhead light was off: very pretty. Delicious cappuccino maker in lobby. Only downside were the carpets in our room which need to be replaced because of stains. Would stay there again. "
