My family feels comfortable in this cottage it is always clean and updated.Its secluded and private but also right in the heart of Dewey. "The women in our family brought my mom there as for generations we have been going to Rehoboth. She is getting older and really wanted to go again. Of course we all grew up with Dolles and to stay in this fabulous location was a dream for us! The place is beautiful and the view is incredible! We had a very memorable time and are already talking about doing it again next year!"

"We loved our stay. First-floor unit, easy to get in and out. The place was roomy, comfortable, stylish, and clean. The location can't be beat! We will definitely stay here again. It would have been nice to have the building entrance code and parking information before we arrived. When we asked questions about those things, the responsiveness was immediate and helpful. "

"We stayed here before heading to a wedding in Baltimore to see the area. The house is located in a neighborhood close to the beach and center of town so we did some shopping and lots of eating. The house is very well appointed and stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back again "

"Adorable house! So many windows, great view from all of them but you never feel like the neighbors are watching. The master bed placement is perfect. Wake up in the middle of the night and you can see the ships on the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy couches, giant TV, kitchen well stocked. Our dogs loved it too. We will 100% return. Owners were very responsive and helpful as we made a last minute reservation and they had to go above and beyond to assist us. "

"We specifically enjoyed the pool access since we had a 1 year old with us who wasn't quite ready for the beach. The front porch was a nice gathering place, especially in the morning when you could open the sliders and hear the ocean. Easy walk to the boardwalk, so no driving required during our stay."

"Best stay at the beach ever! Kim provides everything as described and then some. Welcome basket of snacks, water, and a useful items you might not have thought to bring. Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun. Kim replies to every and question promptly and with enthusiasm. Thank you Kim (and Kevin) for a memorable week + 2 complimentary days. We cant wait to return next year!!"

"The house is not fancy but cozy and feels like home. It can sleep a large amount of people and there is ample seating for meals for everyone. The kitchen has been updated since our last stay, which was nice. Now includes a dishwasher. The owner is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Overall clean, although small details like the trim and corners of the bathroom could use a little touch up. FYI - there is no hairdryer there as mentioned in the description. Be sure to bring yours....

"The condo was spacious and very centrally located. The mattresses need to be updated along with bedding. Complex was quiet. The property managers were great to work with. Overall good stay just wish we could have had a better night sleep. Would definitely stay again if bedding is updated. "

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...
