"Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay."

"Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall."

"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"

"We always enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Located close to a grocery store, pharmacy and only a few miles from the beach. Easy drive to restaurants in Ocean City and Rehoboth. It is a pet friendly rental. Carpets might benefit from a deep clean. "

"House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. Minor issues, need to fix both the master bathroom and back doors. They both stick and are very hard to close, especially the...

"Beautifully decorated home. The home was very clean. We had 10 people in our group, ages 3 to 71. We were very comfortable with the space. The beds were very comfortable. The development offered many activities. Shopping and dining was nearby. A fun time was had by all."

"Our family has been coming to Delaware for the past four years now. Our stay in Frankford at Millville By The Sea was just perfect. Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to any family…those with either younger or older children. Thank you once again for another great year vacationing in Delaware. "

"Overall, we loved this home. Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for eating/playing/sleeping. House is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and the linen rental made it very easy. Location was great for ease of access to the beach/Fenwick/Ocean City, as well as some groceries and restaurants. Alan was very responsive. The only drawback was the gas station that is literally across the street. Cars exit right in front of the house, which made it very loud at night in the front...

"The home was spacious, well maintained and had everything from utensils and pots & pans to bed and bath linens and beach towels. The housing development is beautiful and offered lots of amenities. We really only left the area when we wanted to be at the beach... which there's a shuttle that will take you and all of your beach stuff to the beach!"

"Just what we needed to accommodate a 2 nite family stay. Beds comfortable, property clean, near enough to beach and wedding venue without paying on the beach prices. Did not cook on site but kitchen seemed adequately equipped. Neighborhood had a vacation home vibe, not many other people around after season. "

Hotel bem localizado. Atendimento impecável.

"A estadia foi ótima. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era limpo. O café da manhã estava excelente e tinha várias opções. O hotel fica perto dos outlets. A melhor coisa pra mim foi o atendimento do pessoal da recepção. Infelizmente não me lembro o nome da moça que me atendeu, mas ela foi muito querida. Eu havia feito compras na Amazon antes de chegar ao Hotel e a loja entregou os pacotes separadamente, mas mesmo assim, tudo foi recebido e guardado numa sala junto à recepção. Sem nenhum custo. Agradeço muito por este cuidado com tudo. Excelente hospedagem. Local tranquilo. Recomendo."
