"House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. Minor issues, need to fix both the master bathroom and back doors. They both stick and are very hard to close, especially the...

"Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall."

Was skeptical because there wasnt any payment plan options, or refunds available for emergency. But that is where the complaints stop. "Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Peninsula. The home was clean and stocked with lots of amenities to enhance our stay. The bikes, beach toys and chairs, and baby gate & crib were a wonderful plus! And the community was amazing. My family loved the pools, pickleball and walking/biking paths!"

"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"
