"Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience with Europarcs het Amsterdamse Bos. My fully paid reservation was canceled at the very last minute, leaving me stranded without accommodation. To make matters worse, part of the payment was required to be sent directly to the property instead of through the original booking platform, which is highly irregular and unprofessional. "The campground is near the bus line. We were happily surprised by our Bungalow. There were 2 rooms with bunkbeds and 1 room with 2 single beds. A stovetop and refrigerator are in the kitchen. It was so very nice to have our own bathroom at a campground! Only 1 toilet paper roll is provided. The camp store sells 4 rolls for 4 euros. The towels are rented at $7 for 2 towels. Upon arrival, the shower drain wasn’t doing its job. Once mentioned to the office, someone came within the hour to fix it....

"Leider waren die Betten zu schmal und die Matratzen zu weich, man konnte kaum schlafen. Der Empfang sprach nur niederländisch und englisch. Man konnte die startenden Flugzeuge hören und sehen, wir fanden es ziemlich laut. Tagsüber konnte man die Gegend beobachten und es war sehr viel Natur vorhanden."

"We were looking for a centrally located accommodation from which we could go on excursions within Holland, preferably right on the water, several bedrooms with a dog. We were very happy in this chalet and had a great time. "
