"Our family loved staying in this beachfront condo. Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive."

"We really enjoyed staying in the apartment beside Katie's home! It's a lovely place - very comfortable! My only disappointment was that a hot tub was advertised on the VRBO site, but it didn't exist. Katie refunded us $100 and said she will update that on the site. Their backyard pool isn't heated, so it was too cool to use it without a hot tub in the fall. Katie was very nice."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. It easily accommodated my wife and I, my parents, and my two kids. We were very appreciative of the individual bathrooms for the main two rooms and the half bath on the main floor. "The location of this place is absolutely incredible... Literally steps from the most gorgeous beach. The garage was great and made venturing out and parking a breeze. "This was a good find! Originally what must have been a small house, it got split into a duplex. Makes for limited space and a risk for a lot of noise from folks on the other side or neighbors.
