"Our family loved staying in this beachfront condo. Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. It easily accommodated my wife and I, my parents, and my two kids. We were very appreciative of the individual bathrooms for the main two rooms and the half bath on the main floor. "This was a good find! Originally what must have been a small house, it got split into a duplex. Makes for limited space and a risk for a lot of noise from folks on the other side or neighbors. "This property is everything a VRBO should be with one exception. Not sure I would expect the $1M view that this property has.
