"We loved everything about Worthington. We ended up checking in really late but the staff was super friendly and walked us to our room, explaining about the hotel and the area around. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was adorable with the tropical feel. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay again!"

"Exactly as described. The cabin was so well insulated from the cold that we only ran the heater in the morning and evening for ~15 minutes and it kept itself a comfortable temperature (we were there mid October). The hosts provided extras like matches, lanterns, and chairs around the fire among others that made our visit even better. "When I think of primitive I think of a tent and sleeping bags and a trip to outhouses or a private spot to do your business. Cabins in a Clearing is a step up; though the bathroom arrangements are as described above. There are porta potties but quite away from two of the three cabins. That isn't fun. "If you’re desperate and need a place to park, there’s a good slab of cement for you. People definitely permanently live here in their campers too, and their arms length away from your spot, so be prepared to make some friends….the owner stopped replying to me so they don’t get a great review. I was looking for a place to camp, not a place to park, so please if you’re looking for the same thing, this is not it. I arrived, laughed, and left. Didn’t even get out of my car."
