"When I think of primitive I think of a tent and sleeping bags and a trip to outhouses or a private spot to do your business. Cabins in a Clearing is a step up; though the bathroom arrangements are as described above. There are porta potties but quite away from two of the three cabins. That isn't fun. "Exactly as described. The cabin was so well insulated from the cold that we only ran the heater in the morning and evening for ~15 minutes and it kept itself a comfortable temperature (we were there mid October). The hosts provided extras like matches, lanterns, and chairs around the fire among others that made our visit even better. "If you’re desperate and need a place to park, there’s a good slab of cement for you. People definitely permanently live here in their campers too, and their arms length away from your spot, so be prepared to make some friends….the owner stopped replying to me so they don’t get a great review. I was looking for a place to camp, not a place to park, so please if you’re looking for the same thing, this is not it. I arrived, laughed, and left. Didn’t even get out of my car."

Only comment on advice related to breakfast is get there when it's planned to start as there's a set amount of food and that is it. "We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was super friendly and good about communicating. Jen did an amazing job cooking for all of us and keeping the bed and breakfast clean. "We came to Logan to attend a wedding. We Loved staying at the Loft! Everything was very clean, decorated beautifully and the living room area was so nice with plenty of comfortable seating!
